How to Create Nested Bullets on Medium, Substack, Markdown and HTML

One of my recent articles required nested bullets. I publish on multiple platforms, so I had to use several different ways to do this. Unfortunately, Medium doesn't have built-in nested bullets, but I managed to find a 'work round'.
